GS just passed the " Man" test. He took the baby with the crippled leg and put it down.

I wont go into detail but he did good. Hope I am not up tonight with nightmares. LOL I asked if he has ever killed anything before and he told me a butterfly , a caterpillar and some ants.

Ok explain to me?? I'm standing by the maternity ward (chicks) looking at them and think gee that golden comet looks like a rooster..how in the name of all that is HOLY can a hatchery which sells sex-linked chickens mis-sex one?? Since he is a sex-link will be going to "freezer camp" this fall. Also looking like an austrolorp is a roo. Only roo's I order were the silver laced wyandottes. Thinking the Aust might be kept as I could set up a "breeding pen for them". If I do end up with an austrolorp will probably name him either Bill Cosby or Barack depending on how he acts be it randy roo or all crow and no clue. If that offended someone sorry

granny tell gs good job. Also don't you have a few sort of portable coops that your sil and gs to dismantle and move to their place??? Granny are you sure the neighbor just didn't want a re-fill on the cup of coffee?? OR donuts OR something sweet????

Twisted, everyone makes mistakes. one roo out of how many ? I look at males sometimes and think they are female. LOL these days its just hard to tell. I havent read the story on Bill Cosby but now i want to. when husband was in hospital they asked if he knew who the president was and he replied , yo mama. He knew what he was saying. As far as the neighbor, I really have no idea what he wanted but it was inappropriate for him to be here at that hr. (9:30) . At the least he could of brought his wife along. Speaking of how he saw me "bouncing" on my riding mower and came to see how i was feeling. Besides , If I had any sweets I would be saving them for you.

gs didnt even have his eyes open and jumps up and out to look for babies. the best he could come up with was a pip. (sigh) I made him take it back to mama. I am trying to figure out homes and they just keep coming. Talked to gs about a coop . talking to the wrong person. need to talk to their landlord. all I have as far as coop are small ones or a dog kennel. 10x10. As of now they are stuck at home with their van broke. unless i go get them and try to get it fixed there they will stay. LOL hmmm..... today is little ones Bday. 2 yrs. they have a very old conversion van. its the only way they all fit. the rear end went out. I think mine did too. as big as i am every one tells me i dont have one.

Sitting in the car while my kids are at swim lessons. I like feeling like the "normal" mom sometimes. Trying to decide if I can drive them all week. That would be nice.

I'm so over all the drama. I only like drama if I'm the one causing it.

My marans broody is about to abandon her babies again. Second night she's slept on the roost without them. I'm going to list her on fb for $35. If she doesn't sell, then I'll take her to the auction.
