The white lines are the property lines. the one I didn't finish continues at the same angle down to the road. This pic is the one form the year I bought the place Still not sure how many cases of beer it took the orginal owner to come up with this "design" total of 40.3 acres. We are working on the big pasture area and are up to the north part running by the road then down the west (left side) road to the corner. So far in the past 3 years planted about 5 to 600 railroad ties and removed totally or partially 4 buildings. The little part sticking out we call the tit and that area and around to the north west was done last year. The creek is seasonal depending on rain and snow. I figure the big pasture we are working on now is roughly 30 to 35 acres. has 3 wells and the houses are connected to Southwest Water which is the same as out city water. The pic on google was taken last fall after the middle of October.

This is about 33 miles from my motel and will be my retirement place when I get the new house built. As long as I don't reside out there every improvement I do is a total tax write off. My friend (missing 1/2 of a foot) lives in the yellow (middle house) have a rented in the trailer house. Trying to remodel the cream/white house to be handicapped accessable and then will move friend over there. This is the homeplace that was originally a dairy.
We did remove the milking parlor which was connecting the white barn and the brown/tan barn. Fence all that area 3 or 4 years ago with ties every 8 feet and then cattle panels with 2x6 on the top and bottoms did the same in the tit area. So could get goats or sheep as well. Spring of 2014 about 95% of the big pasture was under water. This silver trees are volunteer Russian olive trees The main chicken coop is fenced with treated 4x4 and 6 ft woven wire horse fence with 2x6's on top and bottom. The duce coop is the same. The little fence area inside the main coop is the maternity ward. We also sided both coops with white vinyl siding last year.

any other questions feel free to ask.

the white building you have circled looks like the eye of a hawk . No i havent been smoking anything.. the beak , its all there. I am very impressed with your land. Twisted, yes, yours though.....and very lovely. I have a question. after you retire who will you be drinking coffee with ?

2 more babies today. about 8 more eggs in the coop. Its never going to end.. Took Tom to drs. today. He showed us the MRI of his brain. over half is damaged from previous stroke and this one. then atrophy makes up the rest. dr. said he is very surprised at the level of his functioning considering the amount of damage. He then turned to me, I didnt have an appt. and said, as far as your foot is concerned, a medical malpractice is a very hard thing to win but in your shoes it is worth a go. Got home and dd had cleaned the house some but kids didnt do any thing i had asked them to. litter box, move my broody cages to the pole barn. So I sat myself down and had a cry. then i changed the box and ran everyone off. I dont know where my emotions are at. losing my husband, losing myself. If i cant do the simplest of tasks then what am I ?

yes it does the "road/trial" on the north side is gone now. I'm not fit company to have coffee with anyone until after the first pot LOL and the renter and the cripple are both friends. When I need a caregiver I can provide housing which should reduce the wages I would have to pay.

You are stressed the "cluck" out !!!!!!! Big hugs and warm fuzzies. Hang in there Sooner or later it has to get better.

I can see you and your friends sitting under the gazebo with the copper top after a long day in some cushy lawn chairs looking at the koi pond with maybe a hot cup in your hands. not a worry in the world.
