Check out my sunflower plants that are on the low side of my chicken runs. Do ya think they like the runoff or what?

Its the take over of the sun pod people !!! Hide your children .. That is a little over grown if a sunflower can over grow ! Guess what i will be planting next yr. If I dont forget.

Its the take over of the sun pod people !!! Hide your children ..   That is a little over grown if a sunflower can over grow !   Guess what i will be planting next yr. If I dont forget. 

The chickens absolutely love the extra shade they create. My runs don't have tree cover so they get pretty hot. Hence the pieces of sheet steel leaning against the fence. Chickens hung out under them all last week when it was so hot.
