Put superglue on the crack so it will not move and pinch. You have to reapply it till it grows out.

Final PUPdate on that lab: I'm still all in. Husband isn't, or he's playing it cool. So I told him not to talk to me about it anymore. I'd rather him show up with a pup than continue to be disappointed.

SIL and myself dont have a relationship to speak of. we have gotten along ok. I hugged him when his friend died (OD) and helped him all i could. no strong words before. but i hadnt spoke up to him and he just kept pushing a little harder every time. always asked him if it was ok before i would do something with the kids. He thought i was a weak person. I hope i set him straight. he picked DD up and asked her what she was on. thought i had gave her something because she was better.

said tell him i gave you listening ears and a mothers love.
I have to cook now. my life sucks . some is left overs so not too bad.

That poor little cockerel, getting beat up by a bully hen! I've never seen a female do the wing walking, but I had a crazy Leghorn hen that would mount the other hens, and go through all the motions of mating. And I mean all the motions.

I have heard people say that it's best to keep a cockerel separate from older hens until he is mature, 6-8 months old at least depending on the bird. Those old hens sure know how to destroy a guy's ego!

You better get out there and start telling him how handsome he is.

Woot woot, so exhausted. Slept 2 hours last night. Have been going non stop with boys. Even had a 4 hour baby shower this afternoon that even though I purchased the gift off the baby register I have to try & return it for something else because the mom to be liked a another one better grr... This thing was bought online as well.

Thinking on taking my chickens trick or treating. 2 can go as dumplings and 2 others can.......well I guess go as themselves. I'll give them most of the candy corn but the chocolate is all mine.
