Reasonable rates, Twist. The man camp that J ran was $1,800 amonth just to park a travel trailer. Water and electric included. The house behind his was renting for $3,500 a month. 3 BR, 2 bath, study, washer & dryer!!

thank you!! I know most motels here were from 129 to over 200 a night. 1 person.
