Well then she is doing great. Every time I have gotten a already laying hen II have had to wait weeks before they lay again

I have 6 pullets that are 4 months and 6 that are 3 momths. I intend to add light to their coop next month That will make 20 layers for the winter. Never had light in coop before.

I use lights.Yours and my daylight hours should be about the same. I started my lights 9/1 to come on at 5am. I don't add to the evening light. I milk a couple extra laying months then let them do whatever they do.

Glad you told me that. That way I'll know it's normal for them to lay right after getting an already laying hen.
