My post disappeared! I wonder if chickens can get drunk. Have to see if they'll drink beer. Wheat based, right?

My boys' second grade had a therapy dog in her classroom. Annie was great at calming fidgety kids. She'd go and lay down under the desk on their feet and they would be still so as not to disturb her. Worked like a charm. She seemed to know which kids needed sitting on too!

I love that. They do. Humans seem to add fodder sometimes.

Thanks I'll be looking for some of them now. Is there a thread on here that tells which one lays which color?

as far as i know its the luck of the draw. some ees can even lay brown. unless you get one already laying like mine was .

hey, I just got an Iowa blue ! do they lay colored ?

Don't think so. Arkansas blues are newish. Developed from Araucana and Leghorn.

I go to the heart Dr Thursday at 1.


My first 2 ducks came from tractor supply. The others came from breeders. They do stand up nice and they all stay in a group. I am really enjoying them.
