If you didn't injure it or have an infection, I thought you might have some type of tendonitis. Maybe from typing too much! It just kind of came out of the blue? Treatment for that would be ice, 15-20 minutes several times a day to stop swelling and rest. That's what I'm doing for my shoulder, but taking large doses of Advil as well.

carpel tunnel, tendonitis, something along those lines I guessing but this is day 4 and worse not better. doing the ice . might pull out the big guns , no advil ir anything else here.

Oh, lucky people with horses. I'd be happy with a nice pony or an arabian. I don't want to be too far up if I am going to fall or get thrown.

The regular Dr called this morning to see if I could come in. I went.

He said I have damage from the heart attack and might need physical therapy. I still can't do anything major till after the heart Dr on the 30th but I can do dishes and go up and down steps a few times a day.

Newfie I hope you continue to get better with therapy. When did you have a heart attack?

Made some chilli beans yesterday for supper. Home grown tomatoes topped off with a lot of cayenne. Me and pearl loved em. Kids thought they were to hot. Two dogs finishing the last two spoonfuls. Boy when it hits them, probably be flames shooting out their ***. Try not to let them have table scraps but sometimes it just happens. Thank God they're outside dogs.

newfie, at least you are a step ahead of mine. they or I mentioned therapy 6 months after mine. by then I had done my own . i started walking. couldnt go far at all. took a year to walk my yard at one time . thing is , you should know your own body. what you can and cant do. if you get out of breath then stop , rest, and continue. better then any bike they will put you on. dont try to "push through it" like you were when you were having your chest pains . ouch
