are they really all dark meat ? so does it taste like dark meat ? even the breast ?

It is a very different type of dark. I have only butchered silky crosses. Their meat, tendons, everything inside has a blue tinge. The meat turns kind of grey when you coming it. I enjoyed the flavor, it was sort of like "gamey".
