I can clean and bake bread again!

Still sore. I've got owwies all over right now, feet legs and back. I was on vit D last winter and stopped it for the summer and did fine. But I've had increasing pain recently, wonder of it's the shorter days? Maybe those two things are totally unrelated... Bodies are weird.
