I've got to shoot and go do Harry horse, I'm not looking forward to it, it's chucking it down with rain again
My yard is flooding and it's just so miserable out there, a bigger coat is certainly in order today!!

In this weather wishing I'm afraid I'm not riding this morning, both me and Harry are fair weather riders. Might go this aft if it brightens up a bit!!

Holy puddlles, Batman! Get Harry a floatie and you guys can go swimming! Rain everywhere but here.

Actually, we are expecting some Sun and Mon. The run on my layer coop is only partially covered at this point. So do I cover it and risk angering the rain gods, or leave to be a slippery mess?

Well, Ben finally killed a chicken. One of the SS babies. My neighbor locked up the chickens for me, and she put the broody+babies in the gen pop coop. One baby was out, but in the run. I opened the door and another baby ran out and into the flower bed. I should've brought Ben inside, but I panicked. It ran straight for him and he immediately crunched it. Then he laid it at my feet and never gave if a second sniff. Do I guess he "retrieved" it and he knows to leave dead birds alone?

Babies! I'm afraid that two of the amer/RIR crossed chicks are cockerels. Should see saddle/hackle feathers in another month if it's true. :/

Morning all, Been up for a while but GS was sleeping on my charger . Camping , Im not 100% sure about that being RIR but it is hands down one of the best looking roos I have seen in a while !

I am seeing chocolate in there . is it just me ?
DH wants to know if I want to do anything today. I do but I dont think its right for me to have to stand at a food bank for 2 hrs. yesterday on the hard cement then go to Pondarosa today. hahaaa the other thing I thought of was Greensburg . 45 min. ride to Rural King and I am sure that would be a no-no as well. I dont want to heat chicks all winter and If i did it would be my eggs. so anyway , here I sit.. love to find some pics for the interview. should just steal campings and lay claim to them. hahaha
