yes, we specifically ordered some extra pullets, and a roo for them.

MY FIL is all about prepping. thought I would feed his addiction a little and give him some yard birds.

He should look into muscovies for meat. They're good for homesteading, so should be good for prepping.

Prostar Mutt and Wishing I wish I could send u each 4 inches of rain. We have had 18 plus inches in the last 10 days and it is still raining. Poured down most of the day yesterday so i left cockeriels in the covered run. Will post picture of whaat they look like. Would have been better out in the rain.

Cold and showery all day, then back to clear and mid 70s for the rest of the week.

LOL granny what I need and what I am going to get are 2 different things. Still waiting for the cc man to get back to me and I have to get to the farm Have all those chickens in the trough waiting for me..LOL But that will probably be it other then working on more lost entries this evening.

I wish I had half the energy you have Twist. Thats a ton of meet though and that gives me an idea. The couple hens I have that are nasty looking, wonder if wimp SIL really interested in getting his kids some fresh meet ?
