One of the recruiters that worked for DH when we first got out here spent one whole deer season going out EVERY chance he got and never even seeing a deer -- this was made even more amusing since their office is right next to the grounds of the state hospital which is like a big park that is FULL of deer who would regularly be found grazing right outside the office window, but that is an area where there is no hunting/shooting.

yes a couple do but its a small tree and the branches will bend . I had an extra tree and got tired of needed to move it around. it had lights on it . I took them off and stuck it in there.

I love Christmas light, but our electric bills are outrageous to begin with.Then Consumers Energy nails us with a higher rate in Dec. With the extra electric usuage in the coops, just can't do it.

hi   Finally home ! didnt have to worry about the chickens water here ol mare. they didnt have any.   what did Rural King have ?      The chicken that died the other day is now Lilys play thing. Last I seen of it she was burying it. I hope it stays buried this time.  walking through the yard and stumble up on it makes me think of Pet Cemetery.   All the chickens are sneezing very loudly but no signs of any illness . it may not be a sneeze . like a loud honk ?  Sargent Murtock has discovered he is a he.  he is being a pistol ! should of named him Red.

why not twist? He causes all trouble. I'm totally innocent

Tippy. Just awful what you've been through.

Melon. I'm glad you had a good time. Beautiful pictures. I am green with jealousy. Lol

Star. Lucky people to have horses. I miss having one. What kind of bedding is that in the stalls? Does bad Vegas try to bite, kick, flatten you against the wall, or run you down?
We had a 76 Pace Arrow. I loved that thing. We had kids so no improvements to it. When it died, he traded the gorgeous rebuilt chromed engine and transmission from it for a truck with a broken frame.

Mare. When you feed your chickens, call them. They will learn to come running. You are the food source. They will forget to be scared.

broody still doing her job and I have managed to keep my hands to myself the last fee days. I did try to pull some poop out from under her. Should I move her and make sure it's clean? I can't catch her when she's up.

We had one of those for quite a while, it finally gave up the ghost and now I just use the blender, not the same at all.  I love the shops that bring you the glass *and* the extra in the metal cup that's all frosty

my grandma had a set of metal cups. Drink and anything else stayed colder. Love those cups.

i have to go dh wants me to watch a movie with him.good night..
