sorry, yes I do, looks great, I was on my phone looking at the post, and then there were 30 other post tumbled in.......my set up is similar.

except we use our shed to store feed for all the animals, and some overflow storage from the house, but I built my big coop (10'x12') as a leantoo off the side of the overhang on the shed. The larger coop is good for younger birds, and it also houses my elevated rabbit hutches. it is completely wrapped with cattle panels overlayed with chicken wire that is hog nose ring attached to the panels every 6" or so, and steepled to all the wood. the bottom is that also, but with sheet metal on the bottom 18" to prevent the little ones from escaping.

my chicken yard extends out from that, and is approximately 60'x150'. I also have the first coop I built in the middle of that, it is 6'x12'. I will use this open coop for the older birds, and the others I let free range. I shold easily be able to put in three or more runs into this yard, for my master plans.

I am so sorry Red. incubator is all I know. first time mamas are not the best ones. she maybe protecting the eggs so well she sees the chicks as invaders.

could a snake or rat be getting in there to eat the eggs ?
