I bought a fake tree . Its beautiful and easy to put up. I cant and they wont. 

I had a fake tree.

There was an incident.

After that it was put into my oubliette (had a crawl space under the old house.) think I got rid of it before the move.



Before the incident. After the incident, any baubles that weren't destroyed got put in a mandarin box and became my office cubicle decor.

I haven't decided if I'll put up a tree or not. It's not looking likely. Maybe I'll get it up and plugged in, and let the kids make decorations.

She may look all sweet and innocent but up until she was 3....if she was left with the run of the house and I stepped out....doesn't matter how long I'd be out for....id come home to destruction.

Let them babies decorate it.

We did a first this year. We went to a tree farm and cut ours down. I'm regretting the high ceilings in the living room now

9' tree is heavy as heck to drag up to the front.

I would like a real tree but what a mess ! water every day. needles stuck in carpet til july. there are tons of ceders here and they smell very nice but I dont have the heart to cut them down. hahahaaa
