You have to be in the county and outside HOA Restrictions. You may have to build a $150k home to get what you want.

That's a problem. Need to sell this place to have the $$ to buy. Can't rent a place for dogs horses and chickens long enough to build. I'd need to buy an already built.

K, Where the He!! is Twist and Red? I'll just keep posting...Gotta meet a client at the vet at 8 am. We've worked so hard on her shelter rescue. Penny has to go for shots and annual checkup, but has very bad memories of vets. She can act pretty stupid (aggressive). Bless this owner, she's driven to the vet, walked around, fed treats, gone home. Bless the vet clinic, Penny has walked in, gotten a treat, gone home. This sounds so silly, but all of the people Penny has learned to love and trust will be at the vet clinic to greet her, hot dogs in hand!
