i read an article on another thread on here about registering chickens well at least here in NC . My county extension agent was out nosing around here today real nosy and real arrogant feller i expect theyll be back i wasnt nice lol i was already mad cause of the truck he.never did say exactly what he wanted.

Christmas camp starts today! It was always my favorite camp, until DH started letting other people contribute. Now I pretty much just cook, no programming at all.

But it's a really neat camp. We focus on Christmas stories and traditions. Tomorrow night I'll roast a big turkey for a big Christmas feast, and the kids will drink hot chocolate and watch a Christmas movie. They sing carols and make ornaments and cards. My favorite is when they come into my big warm kitchen and we roll and cut sugar cookies.

How many kids do you usually have and for how long? Sorry in advance if you answered this coming up soon.

Number of kids varies. Sometimes it's 20, last year it was 2 and we had to cancel. This years it's 12! They got here at 6-7 and they'll leave Sunday before supper.

Yeah i asked.he didnt git futher than the front porch told me it was a courtesy call . He was here to help he says . Told him unless hes a truck mechanic i didnt need no help . Showed me his laminated id . Told him id seen an southend of a north bound donkey wrapped in plastic before thats how i know they will be back lol
