So I have a question In the ex-convent (annex) with all the slw I had 3 roos for 30 to 35 hens. Noticed last week on roo constantly chasing another roo , thought to my self that figures I have a gay roo Found a dead roo in there yesturday. I do have to spare roos over in the big coop. So thinking of moving the 2 new roos over and removing 1 of the 2 in the convent back to gen pop ??"


DO you all think this would work???

what did he die from Twist ? if it was injury I would swap all 3 out . watch them for a while and grab the bottom of the pecking orders. would put the one in the pot so he dont get mixed up.

No obvious sign of actively fighting. he did seem thin . but I am pretty sure 2 roo's for 30 + hens isn't going to be enough.
