my cats eat the whole mouse except the intestines but with larger prey they wont eat the head.

I get gut piles about once a week, always on the mat right outside the back door (because they come up at times when we're asleep, etc. and sit there waiting to be let in with their prize before finally giving up and eating it) -- they leave them in exactly the spot my foot lands when I step outside, so on mornings I'm not paying attention while getting the dogs out I get a lovely surprise, THAT will wake you up on the bottom of your foot!

Well, that's enough social time for me -- for me the only thing worse than being in a large social group is being in that large social group while eating......I had to give up and come hide out in my office for a bit. They're supposed to be going for another two hours up there, I just can't hang, lol, rather be in here with you all.

Mare, are you a supervisor? With your own office, I was wondering. My brother works for the county and has been a supervisor for some time now. He calls it babysitting! He will go in on his day off and hide in his office just to get some work done uninterrupted. Right now he's doing worker evaluations that are mostly useless and like a hundred pages long. Waste of money!

Mare, are you a supervisor? With your own office, I was wondering. My brother works for the county and has been a supervisor for some time now. He calls it babysitting! As of this spring I'm officially part of the "executive" branch - I'm the Assistant Chief Financial Officer for our agency (not nearly as impressive in practice as it sounds, really, but it sure looks fancy on a business card

) -- so no supervisory duties to put up with, the one fiscal clerk we have was here before me and pretty well supervises herself.........just lots of paperwork and a perpetual cycle of payrolls and meetings and more paperwork. We are way down at the far end of our building so nobody comes down this way unless they really need something, cuts down on the interruptions.

I have been dunking him and he acts like I am choking him to death. and maybe a drop gets down. I am not playing that game all day. Might mix some electro in the water and rooster booster too.
