Any body know anything about gluten ? Why are folks allergic now and not 40 years ago? My friend the school teachers son is allergic, they keep him gluten free it seems to have calmed him down some even more so as he is medicated???? I don't want to medicate my child . If y'all got any thoughts on it please chime in ...

Gluten allergy test along with other foods such as corn are expensive... It's about 400 dollars to do it. Most doctors will try the elinination diet first and it takes weeks to see a difference.

My niece was told she was allergic as a small baby. Along with a lot more... She ended up growing out of the allergy though.
