Hi all

Hope everyone's doing well today. I have a question. I heard I can use eggshells for calcium in my girls food. I read several articles and they all have differing opinions. 1. was to bake the shells first in the oven then crush 2. was to just crush them enough they could eat them no baking and 3. was to food process them into a fine powder and then add to their food. Is any of these ways better than the other??

I dont think it matters a lot. I would always bake them to kill the bacteria . the powder may give them more then they need . Let them eat how much they want and not on their food.
