It's all good, I'm a trooper, cut my Achilles tendon a few years back. Seems something is due every now and then. I'm happy it wasnt more and surprised it didn't happen sooner, I'm a bit gungho with my projects, and like to jump into things head first.

I have never been formaly taught but I do try the relaxing starting at the feet tightening and relaxing but I just cant control my breathing.
