Tell me about the apricot glaze!
honey, lemon, 8oz jar of apricot preserves. Dash of generic sweet chili sauce, chili powder, hot sauce reduced for a while. Added small amounts of au jus as it cooked down to keep it from thickening to much. Cook to desired consistency. Finished off with a dash of black pepper and a few pinches of fresh chopped parsley.
