Well, that's not all in the same day. I'm not cooking til Saturday. And I'll have a babysitter for that.

The group wants chicken nuggets. Couldn't be easier.

@attimus Linda is right. But I'll still take pics later. The first summer we were here I had one working oven. The next summer is caught fire. I went two summers with just two conventional ovens, which got complicated on meals for 100 with casseroles, bread, dessert all needing space. Last spring they got my convection oven running, so now meals are a breeze.

Linda I don't use that Hobart for less than 60 people. Unless it's a bread dough, it's easier to use the hand mixer for cookies.

zip just hatched . looks sticky too. I thought that was too much humidity .  It has a little piece of shell covering its right eye. hahaa

Could be due to high humidity during the incubation period. Might need a clean up if it does not fluff up.

ok, what causes sticky chicks ? high or low. I ran 30 during incubation. they still seemed just a tiny bit high. now they are hatching sticky and I upped it . it is 66 now.

one of them their wing was stuck to the inside and couldnt hatch. I hatched it .
