Well, she wouldn't get worms in 2 days, but a move will cause stress which then can lower their immunity to things like worms. So if she already had them, the stress could make it worse, but I think if she had such a big worm load, you would be seeing other signs like weight loss and increased food consumption. Also, the poop often looks abnormal, loose or foamy, even without seeing worms in it.
Do you worm regularly? When was the last time? I'm still not sure how young they can be to take the worming meds. It's best dosed by weight, though. Some areas are more prone to worms, so ask around on a local NC thread and see what people near you do. We have such dry summers here, worms are not a hugs problem. Now mites.... that's another story.
