out of that frizzle bunch. I have one left. It dont hang with the others.   It is/was my favorite. the tolbunt color .   Its acting fine.

I didn t know americauna hens had sharp spurs.

Mine don't. Not Ameraucanas or EEs. I do have a Welsummer with big spurs though.

Did the Cornish X die or the Silkie?

none of them died. someone gave me 2 cornish just a few min. ago and I gave them one silkie chick. Only my frizzles are dying .

they seem to be doing well. They are in the house. Not much change in them yet. little wing feathers starting. I think it was mold. It could of been cocci but even then I would think mold caused them to get cocci . Pharmasist has ordered me some poli vi sol for the tolbunt hen. her cost. $7.

they brought the 2 meat birds about 2 weeks old. wet, shivering stressed. they said they were off the light, kept outside. I asked and wet ? He said, No, I did throw them in the back when they pooped in my truck. LOL

I put them under the light.

it all fairness the ones that brought them were not the owners. It was Roberts old worker and her DH that brought them and know nothing about chickens.

I really need to get busy cleaning the big ones. I have a pot I use to dip them for feather removal and I honestly dont think one of them is going to fit.

You should have loaded her up with a bunch of your older chicks lol
