Yup. It's over 90 out there now, but this morning was foggy and 52° so the worst heat of the day only lasts a few hours. We keep the house opened up all night, and most of the time I can get it down to 60. If you can sit on the shade, it's bearable. If you can sit in the cool house with a fan blowing at you, it pretty comfortable. AND the BEST PART is I have an excellent excuse for not cooking.
Gave granny the long story. Short story is we're too cheap. Expensive to install, expensive to run. We do have a tiny little ac unit that we rig up in the sliding door if there's a heat wave when it doesn't cool down at night. That little ac has bee in the shed for over 6 years now. My hubs can work in the heat. I can't take it. Makes me feel sick. Humidity would probably do me in.
Grab Red and come on out. Where abouts are you?
