yummy livers ! chicken livers, calf liver .

No calf anything for me. While it's very tasty, I think it's wasteful to butcher a baby animal when it would yield so much more meat as a grown animal. Besides, I can't go along with slaughtering an animal raised in a small cage and never being able to touch the ground in its entire short life.

Hmm. The other Canadian is restless tonight. This dog hasn't been letting me get much sleep tonight. Been grumbling most of the night....get up to check on her and she's just sitting in the living room looking at me rather expectantly. So outside we went, did our go pee check the chickens loop. Now here's hoping.
