Hi Kathy! I keep seeing peachicks for sale near me. I won't be able to resist much longer!

They are can be very affectionate! -Kathy

So they're not as wild as guineas? Or is that something you really have to work toward? I almost got some about a month back, then read just far enough to realize they needed their own space at first. So now I'm waiting til we enclose part of the barn. But you raise chickens and peas together? Is it like one of those calculated risk scenarios?

The only things I know about peacocks is they roost in trees which is disconcerting because they are large birds and they are very loud! Kathy please enlighten us!

Cajun French, from the word for love/sweetie. Around here people say "oh sha!" like you'd say "you poor little thing!" or they say "sha bebe" when they see/hear a baby/kid crying. I resisted a long time, but it's too sweet.
