is it wrong to be excited to try for eating purposes a new breed of chicken ?? because I can't wait to try a Delaware

I know I was reading somewhere about which breeds taste best. Probably on the N. Calif thread. Can't remember for sure what was said about Delaware, but think people like them.

actually EE are supposed to taste good more "gamey" then normal chicken. I had my eye on a couple of older hens alas so did the cinnamon queens and the coons.

Ha! Me too. I am a terrible speller, but usually know when I've got it wrong. Have to look most things up to get it right. exechiqueor??? is out of my league!

haha close enough. This is why everyone uses abbr. Case in point.: abbreviation. HEY !!!! I spelled it right

Seems like opinions vary! French Bresse are supposed to be some of the best, but it is how they are raised and what they are fed that makes some of the difference.
