Omg I love reading these threads because I can read hey them and y'all just crack me up and make my day better. Letting chicks out for some free ranging and came back and found my two leghorns back in their big container. Figured they would at least go back to where their water and food was at in their "new house" aka dog house lol

Im soaking/marinating some chicken and gizzards to fry.
Chicken fried chicken style.
never made it but last week when I made chicken fried steak (which i had never made or even had) i fell in love!

Hopefully the chicken comes out as good as the meat did.
I canNOT fry chicken the regular way at all....tried a few times but its always raw.

Tipp...you ever tried this flour from HEB (in my pic) It is awesome!
