ON a sadder note I don't think Abby is going to make it to winter. Her mind is good but the body is giving up on her, has hard time getting up and around and now having accidents in the house and I honestly don't think she realizes it.

then its the paralysis causing her to not know she is peeing combined probably with swelling from arthritis. If you can get the swelling down the peeing would get better for a little while.

her loosing 5 to 10 pounds would help also but I can't convince Robert or Vicky to lay off the "treats" and putting a rug down where she lays will help when she is trying to get up
