It's good to look through pictures, then the next time you see it, you will know what to focus on. (tail up or down, notched or blunt, eye stripe, behaviors) Females are usually plainer than males in songbirds. I'm just happy to hear that the babies have survived! Though maybe your giant kitty might have got himself a little snack.

If it had some yellow, it might be a palm warbler. Think you are at the very southern end of the breeding area.

I was really happy to see some California quail with small babies down the street yesterday. So many cats here it's amazing they can survive at all. The babies get wing feathers really fast and they know how to use them. Not my picture, but that's what they looked like. Lots more adults with the crew I saw.

I dont think it had yellow. but i have only seen it once and it was very fast. I love them things on the head of the quail. If I had any that would be the ones I want.

My ice maker crapped and my warrenty expired 2 days ago. LOL I called and they are coming anyway. This is Lowes. So I complained that I never heard anything about my water heater. wrong person please hold, . talked to someone else, wrong store, you want sears. LOL they even patched me through to sears. I got into it with a robot. . Finally talked to someone. No english. I finally understood what he was saying. Call the store.

Phone robots make me insane. They call me all the time... I just hang up. Glad they are coming to fix your ice maker. Amazing how they can build something to fail on a time line!


Sears is usually good about honoring/fixing stuff.



I got a letter in the mail saying there is a recall on my car, but there are not enough replacement parts, so we're just telling you to cover our azz. Meanwhile, no one is supposed to sit in the front passenger seat.

It has one of those defective Takata airbags that shoot off shrapnel went they go off. Airbags are dangerous.

There was one sitting behind me on the airplane. Never stopped talking for the entire flight! defective airbag!
