Patched 3 holes in my chicken run. Its hot out there today. Still need to repair the door & 2 places in the coop. Never get done. Evicted a roo. That makes 4 roos living outside the coop

Watching Feivel Goes West with the kiddos! I cooked beans and sausage and sweet cornbread muffins. Bella goat went to her new home, and Jangles met his future mama. She loves him! She would love to have Beaux and Jangles both, but DH wants to keep Beaux.

Wishing, i don t have much in garden now & they are staying in the yard near the coop trying yo get back inside. Two hens escaped the run to be with them & laid 3 eggs in edge of pasture behind the run. Only thing i can figure is another escaped then wiggled back in. Wont happen tomorrow because i wired the holes they pushed out shut.

That would turn me into Scary Grandma. Some things are for the kids, everything else is mine. They don't mess with my stuff.


Hard for those kids to transition into having self discipline when they have never had any external discipline. Hope CB was not involved.

It was him that did it. I sent them to pick the apples for the chickens and didnt instruct them. He pulled it down just like I showed him to do with the willow tree. He didnt know the difference. I had to cut the whole top out. kids are gone, cat litter is done , garbage to the road. Different sister called. I didnt answer the phone because I knew she would be sloshed. She was. couldnt hardly make out what she was saying on the answer machine.

on my craftsman lawn tractor , I dont know if its hrs. or miles but I have 4300 + on it.

probably hours silly question but when was the last time you changed the oil or sharpened the blades ???
