Rats! We have rats.

In the shed near the coop. I watched it go from the top of the run, across a skinny wire fence, up the branch of a tree, to another branch that leads to the top of the shed. Looked like a young one. I declare war! I had rats as pets, and hate to kill them, but no... no rats... bad rats..

Mornings all, I dont know what time I fell asleep in my chair yesterday but woke up in my bed at 7. I do know it was before 8pm yesterday so min. 11 hrs. I cant figure out why I am so tired. I still dont feel rested.
CB is supposed to sing at the court house square today. I so dont want to go. It looks like rain but they will put a tent up if it does. yehaw

It's the whole bi-centennial thing for the state with a torch relay going around the state and passing through town on the route............

GOOD MORNING!!!!!!! Beautiful, rainy day here in Oregon - I am loving the fact that it is going to cool things way off and make it feel like fall! Got DH up and off to work, have almost all my house chores done and just passing a little time before I start making DS think about getting up (letting him enjoy sleeping in a little since it's the weekend).

Critters fed & watered here. Pack of leg quarters divided & in freezer bags. Did the same with 5 lbs hamburger meat yesterday. BBQ chicken(baked) for lunch/supper. Scollaped tators, lima beans& biscuits too!
Cloudy, drisly day here. Gd said,"what happened to the beautifull day?" Hope it doesn t go up to 95 today.

Cool and clear here, hot by afternoon. There is a huge cross country meet that's already started. Yesterday #2 said he wanted to go, now he won't get up.

I bought treats for the team so we have to go! GET UP, LAZY BONES!!! So as you can see, my plans are in teenage limbo.

Yay!!!! Danna!!! I thought humidity should be 50 to 65 percent but geez I can't remember right now and it's too hard to get on Sally's notes on my phone.

The humidity was fine and holding good..I can't see to well, took out the hygrometer it was 53 i thought it was 88 lol..

Humidity is a set thing at this point. Did you candle the eggs and draw a ring where the air cell is? A lot depends on what the humidity is outside. I keep mine at 20-30 the first 17 days.
