Gray Junglefowl

I was thinking about raising a few Gray Junglefowl next spring. I have done a ton of research on them, and I think I am getting things planned out. The thing is, my main source of income is from selling chickens. And I don't want an expensive bird that will never sell. Do you think there would be a demand? Interesting question, I have no idea how it will sell. If it is true to its origins it will not be very productive, meat or eggs. I think you'd be looking for a pretty specialized niche market so it will be a risk. However, I think they are sometimes raised for their feathers which are used in tying fishing flies. I don't know if you can find a market there, either the chicks or the feathers themselves.
