You'll love pekins. I had one named Mr. Nibbles. (I was like 14 when we got the batch) and she was awesome. Scared of people but she was so large it was easy to catch her. Never went broody though

ok took this picture so they’re easier to tell apart:

Daantaat is the little dirty one. Siu Mai is the tall filthy one. (6.5 weeks old)

And here is the second batch (same store, set 10 eggs):

This is Halvah, PITA, Gyro, Dolma, and Pastitsio. (2.5 weeks old)

They might be there on purpose. That way they can hatch from their own flock to replace losses or increase the flock.
