it looks like a english lop lol. but the fur looks kinda like a rex

It's a Velveteen Lop. The Velveteen Lop is a breed that hasn't quite made it into the ARBA breed standard yet, though there are several people working hard to get it there. Basically, it's a scaled-down English Lop (5 to 6½ pounds) with a Rex coat.

My guess is Beveren, though I suppose it might be a Vienna (other than being big enough to be a meat breed and sometimes coming in BEW, I'm not sure what a Vienna would look like).
