A lot of breeds look like that as a chick. but because of the legs I would say EE .

Partridge something, not an EE. It's legs have a brown cast that make them *look* green, but the're not

I've gotten EEs as the "rare, exotic" chick several times. Luckily, I adore the little critters but I'd vote that your extra chick is an EE. Got a flock of 'em that look just like him/her.
