Guessing @ 2 Barred Rock baby chicks ...New Photos 9/19! Genders?

I'm going to say you have 1 cockerel and 1 pullet.

to me right now they look like a pair but in time that may change as they feather in more...my guess is not concrete right now

Tiny / Smudge ... the only white Smudge has on it's wings is a line at the edge ~ the rest of the wing is looking predominantly black.

I'd guess the one on the right is a girl, and the one on the left is a boy.

aoxa - thank you so much for posting those terrific pictures.

I was actually thinking 2 boys for the same reason = the absence of dark legs.
Then I read how hatchery birds can vary regarding the leg wash idk

...and their different wings are intriguing.

Any other guesses from anyone?
