Also agree. Not only that, but girls are really yellow in the comb at this age. Wattles are non-existent in BR pullets until at least 10-12 weeks, and even then they are still really tiny.Both boys because they are showing too much white now to be girls.
Where does the wing holding come into play if you don't mind me asking? I was just about to say that it has no indications of gender, and went to get pictures to prove it, but my girls do hold their wings differently than the boysThank you posting and for posting the comparison photos aoxa & happy chooks!Do you happen to know why they "hold their wings" differently?
You're very observant!Thanks for posting aoxa - I don't know if/how/why there is any noted factual difference, we've just always noticed from day one that they are very different in the body and it's definitely the way their wings lay on their backs. I'm not in a rush to rehome the boy/boys, so I'll definitely be posting more photos next week. I'm really liking watching the beautiful feathers grow in.![]()
