All of mine were adults when they got here. Our first was a stray that just wandered up on the property one day. Then my wife bought 2 more to keep that one company. I doubt they will ever warm up to me enough to be petted. Since all 3 are females I won't ever have keets to raise by hand. I'm satisfied watching them be crazy, I don't really need them to love on me. We have over 30 birds and about half want up in my chair or in my lap already.
