Gulls?

I've recently been seeing a lot of seagulls flying around my yard and one actually landed close to my girls, is this something I should worry about?

if you have chicks running around then I would be worried. But they won't bother your grown birds.

Gulls will snatch any food item including baby chicks.

They're about four months, are they safe?
