She's a little doll. Not sure on genders of these 2 new ones yet. Hoping both are girls! She has very heavily feathered legs. It's super cute. I'm so excited to see how they feather out! Its a mystery!

I just vent sexed, and I'm quite sure they're all girls! Is that much good luck even possible? I've vent sexed a lot of different birds before and have had 100% accuracy so far, so I'm pretty sure I'm right.

I have never seen it either that’s why I was saying not waste in the beginning. Looked like way too much to be waste.

Could it have been the placenta???? And that’s what it looked like when exposed to air???

You're right. I knew that going in, but, I got attached lol. I would like to try again sometime maybe. I don't know why they quit in day 18 though. What could have went wrong? Good luck with your geese. I think incubating upright ins carton and not turning for a few days would be your best bet.

Did you still have her covered in Saran Wrap? On day 18???
