still no action on the one pip, but I did try to add in more humidity (we'll see if ti helps).

The pipped baby is pushing the shell in and out, so he/she's working at it.

I went back and reread the message from where I got these lavender orp eggs. She said she also was breeding back to black orps (some of them) to increase feather growth. SOOO, I might get a black in there (still with the lavender gene) ! YAY, I would like to have a black orp!

OOOOhhhhh, I just looked, and Pokey is nearly out .... SHE IS BLACK ! !

Still waiting on 4 more pips I see.
