Did you graduate from there? Recently?

No, but I used to work there in Small Animal Clinical Sciences while I was taking classes.

Just curious. I graduated from there recently.

i can't take pics til i figure out how to empty the pics off my dad's camera....but

how long do you wait from a zip to helping them out? my last hatch...and my first, the 2 that zipped died in shell. I'm wondering if there is a certain amount of time before you help it out???

Day 20 and at least 3 pips!! I have BLRW and Welsummers in the bator. I have at least 2 pips from my BLRW which I am really excited about because I recently lost my beautiful rooster Victor, my favorite bird!! I gathered eggs from his girls from the next two weeks (had already sold previous ones) and put in the bator. Unfortunately, he must have already been feeling under the weather and not showing it, because only five made it to the hatcher and some of those are iffy. I really want some Victor offspring to keep!!

I left in about 2005, I think, right before I moved to Dallas. Maybe I saw you around??? I was one of the office slaves.

I got my card reader in. Now to upload some pictures.

good luck 3chickens...sending good vibes your way.

just went in there, and now the total is

4 out of shell, 1 zipped, 3 more pipped.

the fun part is, besides the astrolops and turkens and the blue eggs, all the other ones are suprises.

i have 2 blonde chicks, and no clue what they could be.

I love surprises. Spooky and Rusty were surprise eggs, actually.

We've been having a disagreement about their father's gender. It didn't help that in addition to Buffy's pink eggs, I had also gotten some terra cotta colored ones. Until recently, the only candidate for laying those was Buffy (still, because LRH hadn't quit the field until a couple of days ago). Anyway, BD kept saying they were Red's eggs.

On my first hatch, darned if all the little terra cotta eggs didn't hatch into little red chicks, prolonging the argument. I said Red was the father of the red ones. Well...Spooky and Rusty are siblings, both from terracotta eggs. Buffy must have laid that other color prior to the pink eggs she lays now.
