Halloween/Thanksgiving Hatch-a-Long 2019

Due to the delay in getting contests set up, this hatch-a-long will now run until November 29th, the day after Thanksgiving. Set chicken eggs on November 8th, ducks/turkeys/peafowl on November 1st, and Coturnix quail around November 12th.

What!? I have to wait that long to set again?

Not internally pipped yet but alot of pushing up against the air cell.

i just candled several and same with at least half a dozen.....already pushing hard on the air cell and a couple possible internal pips already!! all crowded into the j12 while i double check the “hatcher” temp on the other bator now that turner is out and grippy is secured.

Soooooo I have a tiny external pip. Not even in the one I expected. I checked the egg, and it either has more scratches than I remember or it started to zip.
