I don't even like seeing the little shell pieces fall on the grippy stuff...I have to pick a few pieces up every time I candle.

Quailies start to eat usually before the 24 hour mark.
And....the sooner they start the better, for chicken chicks too.

19 babies moved to brooder....3 still in incubator drying
2 obvious pips during move they hatch ok by morning along with a few more friends!
everyone was all happy and quiet and now i’ve got a screamer in the bator, and my gray tux was already scoping out an escape route!!
