Okay so one of my families favorite recipes... I call it a shingle, not sure if there is an acrual term for it.

Anyway, melt some butter in a skillet, add mushrooms and cut up onions to taste, saute t hem slightly. Add 1lb hamburger, or ground turkey, or ground venision....

brown it, but don't overcook.

while this is happening, lay out contents of two cresent rolls on a cookie/baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350...

When burger mixture is done, add some sour cream (probably about 1/2 cup,,, play it by ear. When all mixed up, pour over cresent shingle. Place american cheese slices over the top (probably 10-12)
Cook for 20-30 minutes

Good luck
