Hands on hatching and help

Yes, it is out. The blood ended up drying and the chick finished hatching on its own. It even unzipped despite the hole.

I gave it sugar water and also to some other ones I helped hatching and looked weak. Also I offered a bit of boiled yolk. But today (day 2) some of the chicks started having diarrhea. I hope it wasn't because of that. Since I had no answers by then I looked up and some people suggested doing that so I did. Would it have been better to give it some yolk? Or watered down yolk as you said?

What feed are they on?

Are their bottoms all clear, nothing dried on? Do they have water 24/7?

Thanks. It hatched before your answer but so that I know, you meant to give it to it while he was in the egg or after hatching or both?

My eggs are going on day 23 and I haven't heard anything from the eggs yet or anything signs of hatching yet. I candled them last night it looks like one may have internal pipping but never made a sound that I know of . Should I do a safety whole on it or just wait for a few more days.. when I candled it it looked like the beak was in the air cell and part of the body .. I'm not 100 % sure though.

If it’s been over 24 hours from internal pip I make a safety hole
Babies can’t go 2-3 days in the air cell. Not enough air ti survive
I would double check all the eggs now ti see what’s going on
If your heat was off a little it can cause delays in hatching but not the time from internal to external pips
